The place of ihraam for one who passes two imams
Al-Shaafa'is and Hanbalis said that whoever passes through Miqatin must be deprived of the meeqaat that are farthest from Makkah, and it is said that the one closest to them, like the people of Sham, Egypt and Morocco, is their jihadi fasts. Al-Jahfah was their ruling on the authority of the one who transgresses the meeqaat without any ihraam.
According to the Shaafa'is, those who did not follow the
path of Miqata originally, Vmikath the location between Mecca and two stages,
the distance of the Palace prayer (about 85 km).
The Maalikis went on to say that one who passes two Miqatin,
the second of which is his Miqatah, is obliged to perform ihram from the first,
and he is not obliged to enter ihraam from him, because his Miqat is in front
of him.
The Hanafis went to the one who passes by the Miqaatin, so
it is better for him to do ihraam from the first, and he hates him for delaying
it to the second closest to Makkah, and they did not restrict him in the most
correct way.
The Shaafa'is and the Hanbalis quoted the hadeeth as saying
that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "They
are for them, and for those who have come to them without their family."
Narrated by al-Bukhaari in his Sahih. From him, and it is not permissible for
him to exceed him is not haraam.
Al-Malikiyya and al-Hanafiyyah cited the generality of the
time for the inhabitants of the mentioned areas, as well as the general that
the Shaafa'is used to refer to.
He took the Hanafis on the face of the face in the two
phrases, and took the ihraam from any of the meeqatin, with the delay of
makrooh, and it shows them what is proven: Ibn Umar (may Allaah be pleased with
them) is a member of the sect.
Based on this, we see the permissibility of ihraam in this
case from any of the meeqatin.
Only God knows.
